The Founder 2

Dr. Noha Zaki

Dr. Zaki is an applied clinical health psychologist and Southern California native who grew up enjoying competitive soccer, surfing, jazz dance, and ballet. Her lifelong passion for movement and performance seamlessly evolved into a professional dedication to mental and physical wellness.

With over 15 years of clinical experience across esteemed institutions including University of Southern California and University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Zaki has cultivated deep expertise in health psychology, sports performance, addiction medicine, pediatrics, postpartum care, and private practice. Her integrative approach bridges evidence-based psychology with functional movement and longevity science.

An avid researcher in the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, Dr. Zaki emphasizes the profound cognitive and neurological benefits of Pilates — including enhanced memory, stress reduction, and protective effects that support long-term brain health and may reduce the risk of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. She is particularly passionate about supporting postpartum mothers and high-performing individuals seeking sustainable vitality.

Now, Dr. Zaki and her partner Mary Q. a certified nutritionist, is bringing her vision of a luxury Pilates studio to her community of Palos Verdes and greater South Bay communities — a thoughtfully curated space designed to elevate both body and mind. Her studio reflects her philosophy: movement as medicine, wellness as lifestyle, and community as foundation.

With an open-door presence, Dr. Zaki can often be found in and out of the studio— welcoming members, guiding sessions, or connecting post-workout over a fresh smoothie. She invites you to work up a sweat, nourish your body, and become part of a wellness experience rooted in science, sophistication, and an enriching community.

Mary Quismorio

Mary Quismorio’s story bridges legacy and modern insight. A principal data analyst for a health plan and certified nutrition coach, her roots trace back to the electric energy of the 1980s fitness movement shaped by Jane Fonda. Raised in her mother Elizabeth’s studio—where women in leotards and leg warmers gathered not just to work out, but to belong—Mary witnessed early on how movement could transform confidence, identity, and community.

Years later, postpartum recovery led her to mat Pilates, where she experienced firsthand its power to restore core strength, improve alignment, and rebuild resilience from the inside out. That journey deepened her belief in intentional, sustainable wellness.

Today, Mary weaves her expertise in data analytics into her coaching philosophy—translating metrics, habits, and behavioral patterns into meaningful, data-driven nutrition strategies that support long-term results. She believes wellness should be both intuitive and informed.

In partnership with her best friend Dr.Zaki, Mary is building a modern, Pilates-centered community grounded in the same philosophy her mother championed:
Women strengthening mind, body, and each other through intentional movement, informed choices, and collective care.
